Travel by Train


The vacation region of the German Wine Route can be easily reached by train, and the well-developed local public transport system is also ideal for excursions and activities. Therefore, travel quite relaxed with the public transport and leave your car at home.

Anreise mit der Bahn

By train you can reach the German Wine Route comfortably via the stations Grünstadt, Freinsheim, Bad Dürkheim, Neustadt/Wstr., Landau, Edenkoben, Annweiler and Bad Bergzabern.

ICE and IC train stations are located in Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Kaiserslautern, Neustadt/Wstr. and Karlsruhe. From there, the trains run hourly or at even shorter intervals to the stations along the German Wine Route.
