Between the wine and spa town of Bad Dürkheim, the cathedral and Nibelungen city of Worms and the imperial city of Speyer, the cycle tour leads through vineyards, along the Rhine, floodplain landscapes and through varied vegetable fields. The route is in the shape of an "eight" with the centre at Lambsheim, so that you can either cycle the entire route or a circular route in the north or in the south (each approx. 60 km).
It is flat, family-friendly, ideal for pleasure cyclists and offers world-famous sights and cities.
